Writing to express feelings

            Writing is one way to communicate in the form of expressing feelings . We can write whatever we want according to our feelings and mind . If you want to write , we just need a pen for thinking ideas in a paper . I always start writing with a clean piece of paper and dirty , said Patrick Dennis , an American author of novels Auntie Name : An Irreverent Escopede 1955. Then let your hands move to make writing in accordance with the feelings that are useful because you feel stress relief . Therefore , make it a habit to write the thoughts and feelings poured into writing . Writing can be used as a medium for therapy.

            Perhaps  writing is one way in the form of therapy . Writing is a form of therapy ; sometimes I wonder how all those , who do not write , compose , or paint can manage to escape the madness , the melancholia , the panic fear , the which is inherent in a human condition, said Graham Greene quotes ( English novelist , short - story writer , playwright , and journalist , 1904-1991 ) . The benefits that we feel when we write is an assortment especially when we write a diary . Writing a diary is one way of therapy that is often used . Writing a diary is very useful for relieve stress , as the media plan targets to be achieved , a commitment to write , as the target controller , and facilitate problem-solving tool.
